Delivery and Returns.

DELIVERY

All of our orders are shipped using Hermes express delivery - you will usually receive your parcel within 2-3 business days. We'll pop you a quick email with a tracking link within 24 hours of placing your order so you can keep an eye out for it (and so the dog doesn't nab it).

If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business days, please send an email to hello@snuddle.co.uk so that we can get more information from our courier.

If you have placed an order for a pre-order item, the estimated delivery date will always be clearly stated somewhere on the product page. If for any reason this date changes, we will be sure to keep you notified via email.

RETURNS POLICY

We're confident that you'll love your Snuddle, but if for any reason you don't like it and want to return it to us, we operate a 30 day returns policy. However in order for us to process your refund, your Snuddle must:

• Be returned to us in an unused condition
• Be returned with all product packaging including the outer plastic wrapper, and the ribbon

If you'd like to return your Snuddle, please pop our support team a quick email at hello@snuddle.co.uk with your full name and order number. We'll then ask you a few questions before sending you a free shipping label and return instructions.
