Snuddle is similar in size to a 7XL hoodie, with plenty of material to snuggle in to. If you're especially tall (6ft or over) we recommend pairing the snuddle with a pair of pyjama bottoms or some fluffy leggings!
No, at current we do not ship to any country outside of the UK. If you live outside of the UK and you have mistakingly placed an order with us, our customer support team will be in touch to provide you with a full refund.
In short yes, however in order to maintain the soft fluffiness, we recommend washing Snuddle on a cold, gentle wash with detergents that are free of harsh chemicals.
If you're really trying to preserve the soft materials that make Snuddle such a joy to wear, we recommend that you hand wash it in cold water.
Snuddle is headquartered in Cardiff in the UK. Your orders will be fulfilled from our warehouse in Leicester.
Sherpa fleece is a type of stretch knit polyester fleece fabric designed to look and feel like sheeps wool. It feels like you're cuddling the abominable snowman.
All of our orders are shipped using Hermes express delivery - you will usually receive your parcel within 2-3 business days. We'll pop you a quick email with a tracking link within 24 hours of placing your order so you can keep an eye out for it (and so the dog doesn't nab it).
If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business days, please send an email to hello@snuddle.co.uk so that we can get more information from our courier.
We're confident that you'll love your Snuddle, but if for any reason you don't like it and want to return it to us, we operate a 30 day returns policy. However in order for us to process your refund, your Snuddle must:
Be returned to us in an unused condition
Be returned with all product packaging including the outer plastic wrapper, and the ribbon
